It’s a great place for a family to stay. The space is big enough for us to walk around. It also equipped with a washing machine and a cloth dryer, and they really help us a lot during the long term stay in Fukuoka. However, you won’t get the password of the room until 14:00 pm on that day you check in, which made us a little bit nervous.

とても清潔に清掃されていて、タオル、歯ブラシも宿泊分あって、とても快適でした。ベットも厚く快適な眠りにもつけました。また、利用させて頂きます。

チェックイン方法は24時間前にメールするとなってたのに、実際は1時間前くらいでヒヤヒヤした。設備は新しそうで一見きれいに見えるが、まずスリッパはとても履く気になれないし、部屋は何だか臭く、空気清浄機のフィルターはホコリまみれ…ベッドメイキングしてるところに髪の毛が落ちていたりただ、連泊だったのでタオルや歯ブラシは充分用意されていて有り難かった。最寄り駅の出口から非常に近かったが、コンビニなどは、何も無い。

2泊3日でお世話になりました。まずチェックインで想像以上に四苦八苦します。かなり時間がかかりました。入るや否や玄関から階段にかけて細かなゴミや髪の毛など散乱しており清掃が行き届いていないのが分かりました。客は意外と細かな視線で観察していることを理解してほしいです。布団にシミがあり気持ち悪かったです。至る所に埃が積もっており、全く清掃されていません。洗面台とお風呂など水回りは清潔でした。洗濯洗剤が置いてあると記載があったので敢えて持参しませんでしたが、実際にはなく電話をして持って来てもらいました。また、テレビはB-CASカードがなく視聴できませんでした。もっと誠実であって欲しいです。もう二度と利用することはありません。
