Unmanned hotel, Aircon: not cold at all!!! Very uncomfortable bed. 1 towel per person for the entire duration of stay. Absolutely the worst in Fukuoka! Don’t stay here. Even the pre check-in page, only available in Japanese. Avoid this property. There’s a lot of nearby hotels that are way better thank Zonk Nakasu!

Unless you would compromise with many negative things, yet I feel so much guilt to give this place even 1 star. I had had stayed with my children and we were very excited to visit Japan. However, there were issues like missing essentials, i.e. they called a hotel themselves but actual rooms were out of date and broken many equipments. The worst thing happened was that the auto-lock system was broken and locked me out for a while after midnight. If you run accommodation, you expect at least reasonable security, don’t you? On top of this, there had no hot water and tap water was not properly maintained. It reminded me if I was in a run down an American motel even very terrible one. I had of course complained but all I had given the response was that famous template for apology, “ We sincerely apologise etc.” Big NO!!! Never ever wish to stay around this town as I have ever imagined such horrible experiences waiting to be happened in highly respected and modern country like Japan. I will erase entire journey but it gave me a really special lesson. Just wanted to repeat DO NOT book here if you don’t want screw up your precious time.

Weekend in Fukuoka

Our trip was a weekend family trip. We had three rooms. Check in was confusing. It was self check in and the procedure wasn’t too clear. The room was pretty spacious but the beds were very uncomfortable. There was no way to get extra linens unless you were able to catch the cleaning crew first thing in the morning. There was a lot of storage throughout the room and nice amenities in the bathroom. This hotel might be ok for a quick overnight but if you have a bad back, I don’t recommend it.

Terrible experience.

All the web addresses that were given me couldn't connect. 'Error code 404'. All the phone numbers also, 'no answer or unavailable'. Finally, checked in using the confirmation code at the site. The room was nice, but very dirty. Dust on every surface, shower and tub enclosure moldy. Air conditioner remote didn't work at all. Stuck on cooling and would not turn off. The beds were old and the box springs were uneven and made all sorts of noises when lying down. Will never book with this company again,

저렴한 가격과 이용후기를 보고 결정한건데 제 기준이 높은건지 모르겠으나 아무튼 사진과는 많이 달랐고, 가장 실망인건 청결상태 입니다. 소파옆 언제사용한지 모를 슬리퍼도 있고, 구석구석 먼지와 청소를 했는지 의심이 들만한 상태. 한국과 다른 청결의식이 있는지 모르겠으나 주방도구는 사용하기 꺼려졌고 화장실 청소상태도 불량했습니다. 잠만자는 곳이라 그냥 이용했죠. 그리고 침대는 스프링이 움직일때마다 소리나고 스프링이 느껴질정도로 심각했지만 의외로 잠은 잘왔는데 여행의 피로로 인한듯 하네요. 직원이 없는 셀프 체크인/아웃이라 직원을 본적이 없습니다. 편의시설이라고는 본적없어요. 좋은점 몇가지는 1. 주변을 도보로 이용하고 대중교통 이용하기에도 위치상 좋았습니다. 2. 여행의 피로를 풀기좋은 안마의자가 있어서 좋았어요. 3. 냉장고에 다양한 맥주와 주류가 약14캔, 생수2캔이 무료라 좋았어요. 아무튼 청결도와 침대 메트리스만 개선한다면 재 방문 의사 있습니다.

次利用したいとは、思わないです！ 海外、特に韓国人には向いてるかも ユニットバスの表記はなくて 予約したけど思いっきり ユニットバスでした。 日本にしては、アメニティも歯ブラシくらいしか置いてなくて旅行なれしてない人は 要注意です！ 衛生面もとてもいいとは思えないし クオリティの割にはお値段お高め！ とても日本人には、おすすめできないです。

無人のホテルですが、ウェルカムドリンク（全部お酒）、お水、マッサージ機ついてて最高でした。ただ、テレビのリモコンがつかなかった。chatですぐ返事もくれたが、対応はチェックアウト後になるとのこと。テレビみたかったのに、、あと、12時チェックアウトでゆっくりしてましたが、最後にトイレ使用して出ようとしたところ、時間ちょうどにすたっふさんが入ってきてびっくりしました。謝られたけど、12時チェックアウトなんですが？とも言われました。はい、今出ます。ありがとうございました。と伝えましたが、最後に少しスタッフさんの言葉遣いにモヤッとしてしまいました。
