The staff was great, the food good, the room was very clean. Great shower. The woman who manages the breakfast area was on top of everything! Just another reason to love the Holiday Inn Express brand.

The room was not as clean. The restroom wasn’t either. The toilet had some stains, at first i thought it was stains that wouldn’t come off. But I wiped it with a Clorox wipe and it came off so easily. The stains were nasty! I just shows that they don’t properly clean. The bathtub needs some scrubbing. Everything in general specifically the restroom needs detailed cleaning. I do have to say that everyday they would “clean” our room and do the beds. We won’t be staying there again.

Loved our room! Everything was clean upon arrival. It was up to date and not outdated. Plenty of lights in the room, and perfect bathroom lighting. Makeup remover wipes, shampoo, conditioner and body wash were available to use. Free food which was great so we didn’t have to pay or spend money before going to Disney. No additional parking fees which was a plus! Parking was pretty full but we didn’t struggle finding a parking spot. They have a free shuttle that runs to the park on a first come first serve basis. We didn’t struggle coming or going at all. Overall a great experience and I would stay again!

I rented this room for my family as we were visiting Disneyland. The hotel was nice, clean and the breakfast was good too. Staff was amazing and friendly!! I’d definitely stay here again!

We had a good stay overall. The breakfast options were solid (especially for families) and the rooms were cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. Parking on-site and free was a big plus, and the hotel also offers a gym and pool (although we didn’t get the chance to use them). The only challenge we experienced was the elevator. It’s very small, and during busy times it could take a while to get up to our floor, which was a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, the hotel was great — clean, family-friendly, and comfortable. We would consider staying again

Aside from level 1 elevator entrance smelling like throw up we had no problems. The shuttle driver Papa D was a delight to ride with on our way back to the hotel.
