Nasty place. Look for other options. Not worth the cheaper price. Nasty carpet. The facility is in such poor shape... it needs to be torn down - renovation would require more $ than just a rebuild. Breakfast is bad... only serves meat on Fridays and Saturdays. We had to go out for breakfast. The shuttle to Disney was an ancient shuttle with limited pick-ups during the weekdays.

After reading a bunch of good reviews for this hotel we were so excited for our stay. The lobby is well kept and the gal who checked us in was super nice. The other employees were friendly too. Unfortunately there were a ton of broken things in our room. The bath plug was broken, the fan didn’t work which has created a moldy smell, there’s a large crack in the sink and there was an unpleasant smell not only in our room but throughout the entire 4th floor. We had 3 lamps, 2 of which were broken. We slept on our beds in our own blankets and using our own pillows because I can’t imagine the place is sanitized well of smoke alarms aren’t even being properly maintained. We noticed smoke detectors literally hanging down from the ceiling on our floor, writing on the walls, stained carpet and peeling walls. Overall we were really disappointed in our stay. We tried minimizing our time at the hotel because it was unpleasant. The shuttle to Disney was convenient but be warned that if you miss a late night shuttle and you have children, the only way back is a city bus and walking blocks to get back. We won’t be staying at this location again and I would not recommend.

The outlets in the room don’t hold plugs for chargers firmly, they just fall out. Carpets in the room and hallways desperately need cleaning, gross stains everywhere. They lack a water fill station, I was told I could purchase some at the vending machines down a hallway. The breakfast area had a water station that tasted moldy. Bathroom walls were dirty, room needs a painting job, the walls are very scuffed and have wrong color paint patches. All basic maintenance seems to be ignored. Very run down hotel. Good parts: bed was clean and comfortable. Ac works well. Staff is very friendly and does their best with what they have.

It might have been a nice hotel in the past, but now outdated and old fashioned. Super slow and squeaky elevator Not the worst hotel but older. Didn’t stink and the beds were comfy. We are a family of 5 so needed a sofa bed and 2 queens wich the suite had. If you are visiting Disneyland and are looking to save money this hotel might work. Decent price plus a shuttle to Disneyland saves you the parking fee!

Generally the hotel seems a bit worn and run down same with the staff during check in the front desk clerk try to charge our credit card on file and the one we're using at the desk I got a credit card fraud alert as I'm saying there using a different credit card to pay for the rooms because you tried running them both, and then she gave us four keys for one room we had booked two rooms and paid for two rooms so we had two keys for each room, when we tried getting this fixed she argued about giving us the Four Keys for one room but yet we had them in our hands. The rooms are somewhat clean but also in desperate need of repair above our bed look like there had been a leak in the ceiling and wall and nobody fixed it nobody cleaned it up it doesn't look like it's still leaking but it looks like it was old wallpaper in the hallways is coming off electrical wires in the hallway are in plastic conduits that are outside the walls. The hotel just looks like it needs to be repainted and put new carpet or flooring down and just everything redone floor by floor, the grounds looks like they had great grounds at one time but plants are being watered and they're just dying, the lobby has nice marble floors a lot of the areas have nice marble floors and accent so it looks like the hotel at one point time was a great place. The pool has a 8 and 1/2 ft deep pool that tells me that at one point of time this was a really good Howard Johnson but someone is running into the ground just not putting

DONT DO IT

Let me tell you….disgusting. dirty. smells. carpet had mold. As soon as we got in our room a mouse ran across the floor and we left as soon as we could. No manager on the sight to give us refund. No call to us discuss anything. Had to dispute my credit card to get refund. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

The front desk person put in a room next to the exit and the elevator. People coming it late night til 3am using the elevator. And around 5am. People starting to check out or leave using the back exit door next to my room. Last, the trash bins are next to the room giving to me. Do not stay in room 131 I believe.
