Excellent customer service - efficient maintenance issues sorted. Overall, have highly recommended to friends and family. The only downfall was that the room cards were automatically deactivated on the day of check out. Went to breakfast but could not get back into our room as the door card had already been de-activated. We were only fortunate that one of our boys' did not come to breakfast and was in the shower.

This was the most undone hotel we have ever stayed in. The walls were peeling, cracks in the bathroom, dusty tired old carpet, minimal toiletries. There was only 1 towel for 3 guests and I was told by reception to come and get my own towel as they didn’t have service staff working until 8.30am. The lift had graffiti on it and rubbish in the main walkway and hallway. The entrance smelt terrible on arrival. On a positive the staff member was friendly and helpful.
