Condemn this Place, Seriously!

Exterior was cracking, chipped, and missing concrete. Parking was a challenge. Floor was nasty, curtain was pitifully cheap. No real space to cook; toaster was disgusting. There was a washing machine, though no soap.

Great place to stay in Funchal

Andrei's apartment is great for one person or a couple. It has an incredible view and the location is perfect. It was only a few-minute walk to the waterfront and from there you can go in either direction. Swimming, eating, and groceries, all were within walking distance. The apartment itself has the amenities necessary to make small meals and a fridge to keep things cold. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Best location

The apartment is wonderfully located and correctly furnished. The view is incredible and worth the stay. Next to nice seaside resorts (Punta Gorda, Lido) and great walks, not far from the bus and supermarkets. The host is very nice and available, the communication was perfect, he even came to look for me at the airport for a reasonable price.
