Magnifique maison mitoyenne sur 3 niveaux Superbe décoration et parfaite fonctionnalité des équipements La place de parking privée couverte est particulièrement agréable et pratique La mitoyenneté occasionne malheureusement une nuisance auditive de jour comme de nuit car le Yorkshire du voisin aboie sans raison (2h du matin la nuit dernière…) malgré une communication téléphonique de la propriétaire après laquelle nous avons trouvé une canette dans la piscine…La petite piscine est très appréciable en revenant d’une journée de découverte de l’île mais mériterait un nettoyage des algues qui commencent à proliférer…La demi vue sur la ville est très agréable au lever du soleil (la moitié coté droit etant occultée par les toits des maisons bâties en contrebas) Nous avons passé un très bon premier séjour sur Madère malgré ces petits bémols que nous aurions préféré éviter compte tenu du tarif de la location
