The accommodation features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and laundry area, which includes a small peninsula that makes quick meals or their preparation easier. The bathroom follows a practical and modern style, equipped with a spacious shower.



The dining room and living room were designed in an open space, which benefits you when hosting a gathering at home with family or friends.

With direct access through the living room, the pleasant veranda has a charming leisure area where you will undoubtedly spend your late afternoons.



This apartment has a private parking space in the building's garage for you to park your car. There are also several parking spaces available near the accommodation.



The City View, as the name suggests, is very close to the city of Funchal. However, it is located in a calm and residential area of the city. It has several services nearby such as restaurants, fruit shops, stores and even the Dr. Nélio Mendonça Hospital.



Just 5 minutes by car, you can access the city of Funchal, capital of Madeira, where you will not lack activities or places to experience. The Lido area is the tourist zone of the city and is just a few minutes by car from this apartment. This area is known for its bathing areas, seafront promenade and excellent restaurants.



Just a few metres from the property, you have the fast road at your disposal, which gives you access to any point on the Island that you wish to visit. Heading West, you can visit the famous fishing village of Câmara de Lobos, birthplace of the well-known Poncha of Madeira and one of the best places to taste our typical gastronomy.
