Situated in the heart of Funchal, the neighbourhood surrounding our three-bedroom house is a vibrant and bustling area that offers a captivating mix of old-world charm and modern amenities, perfect for a getaway.

It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones. You can also access a furnished terrace with a sea view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals.

There are three bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed, while the third has two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

With its stunning natural scenery, a fascinating mix of attractions and vibrant nightlife, Funchal offers something for everyone. There are countless things to do and see, from the Monte Palace Madeira - a beautiful botanical paradise - to the CR7 Cristiano Ronaldo Museum, which pays homage to one of the world's greatest players. The Casino da Madeira has the latest games and plenty of entertainment for those looking to try their luck. For a unique insight into the island's history, visit the Madeira Story Centre, learn about its rich culture and discover its people's amazing stories. Other attractions include the Jardim de Santa Luzia, Funchal-Monte Cable Car, and Blandy's Wine Lodge (formerly Adegas de São Francisco).

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Til ENT R Carne Azeda, is just a 2-minute walk.

Madeira Airport International Cristiano Ronaldo is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
