This 112 m2 3-bedroom apartment in Funchal is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The apartment is on the fourth floor and is accessible by elevator.

The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. A spacious balcony is adorned with snug chairs and a table where you can sip your morning coffee or share a glass of wine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a dishwasher, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal, a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

There are three bedrooms—two with a double bed and one with a queen bed. The beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The property also offers the added convenience of private parking, ensuring you have a secure space for your vehicle during your stay.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Funchal is the capital city of Madeira, an autonomous region of Portugal located in the Atlantic Ocean.

Funchal is renowned for its stunning natural beauty. The city is nestled between the ocean and lush green mountains, providing breathtaking views and a mild climate throughout the year. Terraced vineyards, botanical gardens, and tropical flora characterize the surrounding landscapes.

The city has several botanical gardens, including the famous Monte Palace Tropical Garden and the Madeira Botanical Garden. These gardens feature various plant species worldwide and offer a tranquil escape from the urban hustle and bustle.

Funchal boasts a rich history, with its roots dating back to the early 15th century when Portuguese explorers settled it. The historic centre, known as the "Zona Velha," is characterized by narrow cobblestone streets, colourful houses, and traditional Madeiran architecture.

Madeira, and Funchal in particular, is famous for its culinary offerings. The city is known for its fresh seafood, especially the "Espada" fish, and its unique Madeira wine, celebrated worldwide.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Rua Ponta da Cruz S2A, is just a 1-minute walk.

Madeira Airport International Cristiano Ronaldo is a 25-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).


Please note that the building's façade will be undergoing construction for the next four months, which may result in noise disturbances during daytime and early morning hours.
