Lovely little apartment with everything we needed. Host communication was good although we didn’t need much in the way of help as everything pretty self explanatory. Yes there is a steep hill to climb to get back from Funchal but this was perfect for walking dinner off at the end of the day. Walk takes around 15-20 mins. There were some earlier reviews about lack of hot water but we didn’t find this to be a problem at all, in fact the boiler looked brand new and the shower is lovely! Will definitely book again.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is modern and clean and the kitchen is equipped with most basic necessities to be able to cook. The only thing we found missing was a cutting board. There was also a bit of an ant problem - they were crawling on the bathroom and kitchen counters, but they were quite small. Otherwise, everything was great and the location is perfect.

Super appartement !

L'appartement correspondait totalement aux photos et aux descriptions ! a 15 min du centre de Funchal c'est trĂšs patrique mĂȘme si il se trouve en haut d'une rue pentue. C'Ă©tait trĂšs propre et calme, nous avons passĂ© un super sĂ©jour !

Amazing place

If I could give more that 5 stars I would, what a beautiful place to stay in a beautiful city, everything from start to finish was hassle free, the host was so good answering any questions I had but it’s the accommodation that needs more than 5 stars, the right location, everything you could need is here, I could not of wished for anything more, a truly fantastic place to stay and hopefully I will get the chance to head back soon

TrÚs bel appartement récent, super bien situé et trÚs confortable pour 2 personnes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et Lisbeth était super gentille et accomodante. Il y a tout à moins de 10 min de marche et 15 Min du centre. Je recommande sans hésiter et nous allons trÚs certainement y retourner.

L'appartement est trĂšs propre, mais pas tout Ă  fait conforme aux photos et aux descriptions puisque l'annonce est la mĂȘme pour les 3 ou 4 locations. Il serait peut-ĂȘtre judicieux de prĂ©venir que le logement est situĂ© dans une rue trĂšs pentue (comme sĂ»rement 95% des logements Ă  Funchal) et qu'il n'est pas simple de se garer Ă  proximitĂ©, Ă  moins de risquer de laisser la voiture le long de la rue plutĂŽt Ă©troite. De plus, pour arriver dans le centre de Funchal, on met entre 10 et 15 minutes Ă  pied. Rien d'insurmontable, mais diffĂ©rent des 5 annoncĂ©es. Le logement est bien Ă©quipĂ© en appareils Ă©lĂ©ctromĂ©nagers et en serviettes, draps et couvertures. Cependant, une petite rĂ©serve d'Ă©picerie serait apprĂ©ciable, pour ne pas avoir Ă  acheter un paquet de sel ou de sucre pour seulement quelques jours. L'installation de lampes de chevet dans la chambre pourrait aussi ĂȘtre judicieuse. En bref, le logement est trĂšs bien, mĂȘme s'il manque quelques dĂ©tails pour que le sĂ©jour y soit parfait.

HĂ©bergement trĂšs bien placĂ©, confortable et trĂšs propre. Assez accessible, mais il ne faut pas avoir peur des montĂ©es (comme dans tout Funchal finalement). TrĂšs trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© (machine Ă  laver, fer Ă  repasser, sĂšche cheveux avec diffuseur, machine Ă  café ). La chasse d’eau et l’aĂ©ration sont un peu bruyantes. En dehors de ça, tout Ă©tait parfait !

La casa Ăš molto carina e dispone di tutti i comfort necessari. Anche la comunicazione con l’host Ăš rapida e efficiente. Do 4 stelle solo perchĂ© il bagno non ha la finestra e c’ù la ventola automatica che si accende con la luce che Ăš davvero rumorosa. Per il resto tutto perfetto. Grazie

A 15 minutos andando del centro de Funchal, toda la casa muy bien equipada con lavadora, secador de pelo, cafetera y todo lo necesario para cocinar. Lo Ășnico que no hay es lavavajillas. La cama muy cĂłmoda. La Ășnica pega que le pongo a la casa es que en la ventana del comedor podrĂ­a haber unas cortinas para mĂĄs privacidad. El barrio super tranquilo y seguro
