The context is the beautiful and exclusive village of Vigna del Mare, surrounded by the dense vegetation of the San Bartolo Park where through paths you can reach Baia Vallugola and Fiorenzuola, the wildest and most peaceful beaches of the entire area. The tastefully decorated house with vintage furniture is spread over three floors. On the ground floor there is a large living area with sofa, TV (overlooking the terrace) and a kitchen equipped with everything. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms with a bathroom. In the basement you will find two more bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with sofa bed. The property includes a beautiful garden of over 200 meters that surrounds the entire property. .
