Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Inconvenience and poor logistical arrangements

We couldn't sleep. The service provider was not informed about this arrangement and had to find another accommodation for the night. Terrible trip and you as the logistics canoony you need to sort out this issue. We need to be reimbursed for the money we have paid and also for the inconvenience that was caused be cause of poor Communication between yourselves and the Taps.
