No air conditionning. Il faisait très chaud et il n'y avait pas d'air conditionné. La chambre n'a pas été aérée avant notre arrivée. L'angle de la petite fenêtre ne permettait pas de faire entrer de l'air. Même avec 2 ventilateurs, la chambre demeurait un four. Ceci a fait notre inconfort durant le séjour. Chambre donnant sur la rue, livraison très tôt le matin et une dame a décidé de nettoyer les tapis avec l'aspirateur à 6h du matin.

Keinerlei Kulanz, Vorsicht!

Ich musste leider kurzfristig wegen einer Erkrankung stornieren. Obwohl ich einen neuen Termin 4 Wochen später gebucht habe, musste ich den gesamten Preis für die stornierten Nacht zahlen! Schuld sei meine Reservierung über ein Portal. Dies passt nicht zum Anspruch eines kundenfreundlichen Hotels!
