This former farmhouse, nestled in the Lauragais hills, offers a peaceful holiday away from the hustle and bustle. The owner has renovated and furnished the property with an eco-friendly theme. Enjoy stunning views of the Pyrenees. There is a shared outdoor swimming pool and an unfenced garden. Ideally situated in the heart of the Occitanie region's major tourist attractions, in Haute-Garonne: 45km from Toulouse, 24km from the Nailloux outlet village, 13km from the Ariège River and Cintegabelle; and at the gateway to the Ariège region: 11km from Saverdun, 19km from the art village of Carla-Bayle, 31km from the Mas d'Azil cave, and 48km from Foix Castle! 2014 Favorite Responsible Accommodation Award! Eco-friendly accommodation certified! A second gîte in the hamlet for 6 people. Ground floor: spacious living room opening onto a covered terrace, kitchen, lounge (fireplace), bedroom (two 80x200cm single beds that can be joined together with shower room and toilet). First floor: bedroom (one 160x200cm double bed), shower room/toilet. Second floor: two bedrooms (one with two 80x200cm single beds and the other with three 90x200cm single beds). The swimming pool is open from mid-May to the end of September. During this period, it may be closed occasionally for maintenance, technical reasons, or due to weather conditions. In case of favorable weather and no technical problems, the opening date may be brought forward to the beginning of May and the winterization period postponed to mid-October.
