Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly in the morning, but in the entrance and hallway it smells like an old hotel that had been smoked in for years. Luckily the rooms smelled fresher. Also, we couldn’t figure out how to exit the building after hours when we were checking in. There was a sign that said “push button to exit” but the button wasn’t obvious, maybe we were probably just tired, but we never figured it out. Luckily it wasn’t urgent.

I booked two rooms. By the time we arrive, there was nobody at the reception, so we had to use the automatic reception that was not working properly. We were able to get just one room. I had to sleep on the floor.

It was a terrible and dangerous place I have ever been. Very faraway location, just seeing young strangers around and inside. No reception no elevator . The noise of doors are terrible.Right now is 2:5AM and I can’t sleep. Because someone knocked my room or other room for 30 minutes. I scared to open the door and am trying to put a chair behind the door.

The staff were innatentive and the 24hr check-in kiosk was not working. The room was small and very hot. It was extremely damp in our room, everything including the floor, were wet all the time. The bathroom was disgusting and it smelled like mold in the entire hotel.

We were in room 201 and the door to the stairs was right beside our room. It slams closed all the time throughout the night. Woke us up constantly. The bathroom is a joke! It is so small I could not bend over to wash my feet. Barely enough room to walk beside bed. Too small! Not recommended!

A dump

Very cheap, but i dont think the room had been cleaned. Smelled terrible. Hassle to deal with their gate for self check in. Basically a dump, but a place to sleep for a few hours if you have an early flight out of Geneva.

The staff were excellent and very polite, English and French spoken. The hotel itself is kept very clean and has amicably sized rooms if you are just looking for a place to rest after exploring Geneva. We got a number 6 bus, then a 17 tram all the way into the centre of Geneva - takes around 40 minutes total, ideal.

Lower end but clean, nice staff.

It’s lower end. Very small rooms, everything was clean and the staff is great, the breakfast was decent. Overall tho it was definitely not a place I’d want to stay again. I’m used to more amenities, larger rooms, fresher smells.
