Beautiful setting in North Georgia mountains. Wonderful vistas. Very reasonably priced. This is my second stay here since last July, and I will be back for sure.

The hotel is nice but a bit dated. The restaurant menu is limited and closes at 8pm with no room service available. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and envisioned spending time by the pit fire, but was never on. The fireplace was never turned on during our 3 night stay, the elevator was not working for our entire stay. They never made our beds during the 3 night stay, which was really odd for the money they charge per night!! Overall it is a OK hotel, with nice views. A great place to rest and walk in the woods, don’t expect much else. On the other hand, There was this quaint town nearby called “Dahlonega” where we found this great restaurant “Spirit Tavern”, great food and atmosphere. Great wineries around too!

Very nice location, serene and lots to do if you want to. My only negative is the elevator was out of service for 2 nights which was bad. Walking up and down the steps with luggage and just going to eat was physically exhausting.

Beautiful property, our room with the patio and amazing view was incredible. The manager Shelia was very helpful and sweet. The restaurant hostess in the late afternoon was a little unfriendly about the empty coffee but we didn’t let it ruin our stay there.

The area was amazing, the staff we came face to face with was extraordinary. The food was pricey for what it was, great ambience and view with items that came in frozen and heated up. But the convenience made it worth it as there is nothing close by for meals. Our overall bill was wrong for the stay and it was ridiculous trying to have it corrected. The time and effort to had the put in to have a hundred dollar error corrected ensured I will never stay there again, unfortunately because it really was beautiful.

Lovely property and surrounding area. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Only improvement was awareness before hand that part of facilities would not be accessible because of private events. Enjoying the fire pit during sunset was something family was looking forward to and it was accessible.

It's such a beautiful place with beautiful views. I loved all the fires and the food was great. They did not have buffet while on our stay. I have never liked the buffet, so this made me happy. Nice menue for all ages. The lodge is starting to need some updates. Especially the carpet and curtains. They needed fo vacume our room, but we had one night, so I didn’t want to complain. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you!
