Chateau Elan is my happy place. It’s peaceful, laid back, & just what the doctor ordered when your life and calendar is filled with work, relationships, kid school sports and travel AAU events. The staff is always top-notch and the accommodations are phenomenal. The only thing I was disappointed in was booking my 20th anniversary dinner at Marc’s online only to find out that morning from front desk staff that the restaurant would be closed 2/18. I didn’t understand why the online system would allow me to book the reservation in advance if the restaurant was closed. Either way, even that couldn’t stop me from returning! Can’t wait to go back!

I was billed twice for the same stay & had to dispute with bank because they gave me a $300 charge checking out for booking through Expedia. Also the sever didn’t like his tip & informed my boyfriend that if he didn’t change the amount they would just adjust the receipt to their liking. When we informed them that was fraud they replied oh well that’s how we make our money.
