Misled customers about not cleaning rooms unless requested. Rooms cannot be cleaned if customers don't request .Front desk don't tell customers about that regardless a small prints on the front desk and the key card holders.

Let me start with when we walked into the room it had a jacuzzi tub inside the bedroom part with a sign hanging up, saying that you couldn’t use it. My first thought was this is the boom boom room. The shower door is old and rusted. With the price of this room costing more than $200 a night. It was awful.

Although I'm not picky or bougie it's hard to find a hotel that I actually really like a lot because I used to book them myself a long time ago. The deal for this room, especially being spring break was amazing! Staff was super nice, accommodating to my son and my disabilities made all of us feel welcome, no bugs and the place was super clean. Breakfast was great with hot and cold options & there's even a fire pit but didn't go to it. But this place is only 20 min from where our college kiddo lives so when we go back to visit we'll definitely stay here again so we will definitely try it out then! Thanks for the great stay 🤗

Roaches in room. When we got to assigned room. My husband put down the bags and went to wash his hands and when light came on it bathroom a roach scurried off past mirror and my husband called me to get photo before it disappeared but I missed it. Not to disappoint another roach showed up by the refrig and bar sink area and I got a pic of that one. Bathroom needs a deep clean. Old debris and dirt were in each corner of the bathroom floor. The sitting chair was so dingy and dirty it was obvious a cleaning is in order. There was a sitting bench in corner that was cracked up along edges, if u sit with shorts you’re sure to get legs scratched. Deep cleaning should be done in cycles from time to time and replaced when in poor condition. They weren’t worth the rate.
