Indigo stay !

Upon arrival...the luggage carts were no where to be seen. Woke up the first morning of our stay to find the coffee pot was not working....their reaponse was fast to fix the coffee pot and a second person had to help get things fixed. The only chair in the room is an office chair on wheels. Management should consider adding a recliner. Not everyone wants to relax or watch TV from the bed. The room lighting was horrible. ...Ladies, bring your makeup mirror!

Everyone on the staff was very kind and the property was very clean. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great and the room was clean too. The only issue was noise. There was a family with young kids staying directly above us… and they jumped on and off the beds and ran across the floor until midnight, and then again in the early morning. Sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling any minute. Be SURE to ask for a top floor room.
