Rooms are quite large and beds are veey comfortable. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with a large assorrment of options. Everyone at the desk was quite pleasant and appeared to love theor job.

Every day we were missing towels. They never made our bed over a 4 day period. Dogs were barking at late hours, we didn't realize this was animal hotel. People brought their dogs to the breakfast buffet. On top of all this, one elevator was broken and got stuck several times. We had to take the stairs multiple times

Room smelled of dog. Man at the front desk would not do anything about it.Said the housekeeping was gone at four thirty in the afternoon , said he had no spray did not offer another room. The next day , the manager refunded my stay.
