Enjoy the largest private boat dock around, scenic sunset views, wildlife in their natural, peaceful environment. Our luxury getaway has 4- spacious bedrooms and 4 full baths-enough space for family and friends. Majestic lake views from the modern open floor plan on the main floor allow everyone space to enjoy the freedoms of lake life. Enjoy cooking breakfast on the main floor or the bottom floor where we house the 2nd living space and 2nd kitchen. Have a mimosa in your very own hot tub as you gaze into the sunset. We offer plentiful free parking for your vehicles and your boat or jet-ski. We have a 2nd floor on our boat dock that is available for gatherings--contact your host to begin your journey on the lake. Life awaits you! Cheers!

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please take a moment to review our house rules:

1. No lifeguard on duty: Please exercise caution when using the lake and hot tub. Guests assume all responsibility and risk associated with water activities.

2. Hot tub usage: Enjoy the hot tub, but please follow these guidelines: a) No glass or food inside the hot tub; b) Rinse off any oils or lotions before entering; c) Keep the hot tub cover closed when not in use; d) Limit the number of occupants to the specified capacity. ---$250 per stay (fee collected separately)

3. Quiet hours: Respect the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please keep noise levels at a considerate level throughout the day.

4. No parties or events: Our lake house is designed for relaxing getaways, so please refrain from hosting parties or large gatherings (Not over 20--including home max of 9) without prior approval. Our 2nd floor boat dock has 6-foldout tables and 20-fold out chairs (perfect for small gatherings -$250 per stay)

5. Smoking policy: Our property is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted indoors, including the hot tub area. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly and ensure they are completely extinguished.

6. Pets: While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. --- Fee is $250 per stay (up to two pets)

7. Damages and breakages: Please treat our home with care. Guests will be held responsible for any damages or breakages caused during their stay.

8. Cleanliness: We kindly ask that you maintain a clean and tidy environment throughout your stay. Please clean up after yourselves and leave the house in a similar condition as when you arrived.

9. Garbage disposal: Dispose of trash in the designated bins or bags provided. If the bins are full, please tie the bags securely and place them in the designated area outside.

10. Parking: Please Park only in designated areas and be mindful of other vehicles and neighbors' access. NO STREET PARKING.

11. Check-out instructions: On your departure day, please ensure all lights are turned off, appliances are switched off, and windows and doors are locked.

Great Location!

I rented the house for my Godson's Fiancée and bridal party. It was perfect as there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to get ready for the wedding. The location was ideal.....yards away from the wedding venue. Beautiful view onto Lake Lanier. Highly recommend!

Pretty place, but not a great value for money

I wish I could say this was a 5 star stay, but it had several issues. Pros: Great location, pretty home, clearly has had a lot of work done recently. Large dock in the back, nice wildlife. The beds are comfy. The host was responsive. Cons: -The internet failed to work for more than an hour at a time for almost the entire stay. Since all the tv’s are smart tv’s, we couldn’t watch movies, news, etc. Host called the cable rep, and I had to actually go down to the local Spectrum shop to swap out the router, but it still didn’t resolve the issue -Front door was wide open when we arrived, & cleaning supplies (mop, sprays, etc.) were left in the middle of the kitchen floor -Lots of dead/live centipedes. We had to vacuum a couple of times, & had to kill/remove them in the showers -The remotes for lights and fans in the bedrooms, living room and downstairs ALSO controls every other one, so when one of the kids couldn’t sleep in the middle of the night and turned on a light in the basement, it turned on lights in every bedroom as well. The only way to control a room’s lights and fan was to turn off the power to every other light and fan on multiple floors. Not very practical. -While responsive, the host didn't solve many issues... I know sometimes things come up in a stay, and we tried to be team players in resolving the above issues. But the thing is, this place is not cheap, and when it has a price tag like this place does, you expect things to go a bit more smoothly.

Love this amazing lake house!

We had a wonderful 4 day weekend at this amazing lake house. The house is beautiful. The view is amazing. The location was perfect, close to restaurants in downtown Gainesville. I have a friend that brought his boat over on Sunday. So we got to enjoy the lake too. I would 100% stay here again.

The BEST Family Vacation

First off, Chel is the best host and was highly responsive to all my questions. This lakehouse was the perfect getaway for my family to celebrate the July 4th holiday, specifically floating on the lake and renting a pontoon boat. The house is immaculate, modern, clean, and includes every amenity you could think of. Everyone raved during and after the trip about how wonderful the house was and that we should rent again for next summer. Book this for your next trip- you won't be disappointed!

The lake house was perfect for my goddaughter and her wedding party. Kitchen was well equipped....would be ideal for large groups/families. The view was spectacular! Chel was very helpful and always prompt to respond. Would definitely recommend Lakeside Haven!

We were the Inaugural Guests... and LOVED it!

We were the very first family to rent this newly renovated house. The owners spared no expense, and we absolutely loved the result of their labors! Every single member of our family asked, “Can we come back next year?" Here's what we loved : • The decor is very modern and high - end, and the living room has a clear view of the lake. Lovely! • The teenagers loved the 80 inch TV at the basement level. They loved it more than the hot tub, which was also great! • This is an absolutely stunning part of Lake Lanier. The inlets are long and wide here ---Perfect for skiing... And even on the weekends there are hardly any other boats stirring up the water! • We just loved floating around in the water on our little floaties and talking... Wonderful family bonding time. • You'll love watching the sunset over the lake as you have your dinner on the lovely decks. It was a great stay….Give it a try!
