Home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Unit is very clean. Bathroom towels were plush and above average quality.Kitchen was stocked very good. There was not a cookie sheet type pan to use for toasting bread or broiling. Can opener barely worked. There were no hot pads or dish rags, only a sponge. Ice maker in refrigerator either didn't work or we didn't know how to operate.Bed in master was comfortable but the queen in spare bed was very hard/firm and sat about 2" off the floor. Made it rough to get in and out of. Ceiling fans in both rooms would just turn on at all hours of the night, like Midnight, 1300, 1600, 1630 and 1715 but when we wanted it to turn on at 1730 they kept going off. Little fustrating, instructions would have been great.No outdoor chairs to utilize patio table and enjoy the peaceful outdoors. there was a very small portable charcoal grill.No curtains on any windows except for the dining area, blinds only on all other windows. Back door doesn't have any window coverings,worried about someone looking in the back door window.Only TV, in living room is a smart TV only free Roku TV is provided. They do have internet so you can use your subscriptions to view any shows/movies on your apps.Although it isn't listed we were advised that the unit was wheelchair friendly. could only get chair into front & back door and master bedroom. No other doors, even bathrooms for passage.Found blood on wall by front light switch.

This was the ideal house for our visit to Gainesville. My husband had a medical procedure so we needed a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed,comfortable living room furniture and a fenced yard for our dogs to exercise. This house met our needs perfectly.

Great quiet place to stay. The rental agency was awesome. Checked in with us before are arrival, while we were there and when we were checking out. Everything was exactly as explained on the website. Photos matched the house exactly. We also wanted to stay an extra day and the agency was very helpful in booking it for us. They had a great line of communication with us. The kitchen was stocked very nicely with anything you would need for cooking. The home was updated, appliances, kitchen and bathrooms. We had one issue with the plumbing when we were leaving, but I called them and made them aware. It didn’t affect our stay. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely rent this home again.
