Beautiful historic old inn

Extremely charming old inn, dating back to the twelfth century. I really enjoyed the rustic environment. Friendly proprietor and super quiet village. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful historic old inn

Extremely charming old inn, dating back to the 12th century. I really enjoyed the rustic environment. Friendly proprietor and super quiet village. Would definitely stay here again!

Falta muchísima limpieza, sitio muy sucio.

Fuimos tres parejas. El entorno del hotel es muy bonito, a mitad de camino entre Sanabria y el Lago, por lo que parecía ser la ubicación ideal. Empezamos con una recepción muy oscura y con falta de luz en el callejón lateral y puerta de entrada. Nos tuvimos que duchar todos con el agua helada. No dispone de una caldera instantánea, sino que son acumuladores de agua, por lo que si alguien se ha duchado antes que tú, te quedas sin agua caliente. De poco sirven las bañeras de hidromasaje que se ven en las fotos porque si la llenas, el resto de los huéspedes ya no tienen agua caliente. Sinceramente creo que hay que dar servicio a las instalaciones de que dispones, sobre todo con algo tan esencial como una ducha. De la limpieza no hablemos...todo muy sucio. Los baños con moho en las paredes, los desagües de lavabo y bidé negros de suciedad, pelos en la bañera, restos de gel, las sábanas sin planchar y en mi caso con de pisadas de zapatos, el polvo sin limpiar y los suelos de aquella manera. Cuando lo comunicamos al hotel, se indignaron mucho y afirmaban que lo habían limpiado por la mañana y que era imposible que estuviera sucio, pero es que las tres habitaciones que reservamos estaban igual. Tuvimos que subir a las habitaciones y mostrar todo lo que había. Subieron a limpiar dos de ellas, la tercera no. Creo que lo mejor habría sido pedir disculpas y limpiarlas a fondo. Sólo había dos perchas en el armario. No volveríamos ninguna de las parejas que estuvimos allí. Falta limpieza

Es una posada en la tranquilad de la naturaleza

Cuesta llegar un poquito xq las calles son bastante estrechas, los dueños muy agradables y atentos el desayuno abundante. Es como recordar la visita a la casa de los abuelos en el pueblo con la chimenea, todo muy hogareño. Lo único malo que en invierno la estufa que ponen se hace poco para la habitación ya que es una habitación grande y cuesta calentarla
