Description:
The apartment is located near the beautiful beach of Lido S. Giovanni, in a side street. It's a short walk (200m) from the beach and all the services.

The apartment is configured as follows:

- air conditioned living room with a sofa bed and a TV including a kitchen area provided with all needed things
- air conditioned bedroom with 1 conjugal bed
- air conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds
- bathroom with bathtub and shower
- internet access through WiFi

Set of bed-sheets & towels and air conditioner fee included!

As well it's equipped with washing machine, ironing board including iron, hair dryer, etc.

The apartment is located on the third floor and as mentioned it's equipped with air conditioner in the living area and sleeping area.

Nearby there are bike rental services and motorized vehicles, supermarkets, bakeries and the bus stop. In few minutes you can walk to the beach. To the main street (Corso Roma) you'll have a half hour walk. There you'll find shops of all sorts, local handmade articles and last but not least “Good local food".

Erholsam aber leider hat Apulien nicht die Erwartungen erfüllt

Wohnung war gross,ordentlich und genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Leider waren die Parkmöglichkeiten an der Strasse vor dem Haus sehr gering,lange Parksuche. Urlaub war sehr erholsam,Galipoli sehr kleine und interessante Stadt,Sandstrände mussten leider mit dem Fahrzeug zu den Lidos auserhalb angefahren werden dort aber wunderschön (5-10Km). Von Apulien hatten wir uns mehr Kulinarisch und geschichtlich mehr erhofft ist leider unter den Erwartungen geblieben,einzig Otranto war nach unserem Geschmack. War unser erstes mal in Apulien,für eine weitere Anreise wirds wohl nicht dazu kommen,war einfach nichts für uns.

Ho trascorso una vacanza estiva a Gallipoli presso questa casa vacanza e posso dire che la mia esperienza è stata positiva. La casa era spaziosa e confortevole, il che ha reso il soggiorno piacevole per me e la mia famiglia. Tuttavia, il fatto che in agosto non ci sono stati posti per la macchina è stato un inconveniente significativo. In Puglia ci sono così tanti luoghi da visitare, e non poter muoversi agevolmente è stato un peccato.

Abbiamo soggiornato in quest’appartamento del signor Gianni per la nostra vacanza in Salento a settembre. Appartamento che rispecchia a pieno la descrizione. Anzi a dire la verità è anche meglio! Siamo stati accolti in maniera impeccabile. Abbiamo subito notato l'ottimo stato dell’appartamento sia all'interno che all'esterno; pulito, ampio, stanze molto luminose e ventilate con un ampio balcone. La zona è ben fornita. L’appartamento si trova realmente a pochi metri dal mare, è dotato di ogni comfort (aria condizionata, lavatrice, tavolino e sedie balcone, ecc.) Consigliamo il soggiorno in quest’appartamento a tutti coloro che vogliono passare un indimenticabile vacanza nel Salento.

Vacanza a Gallipoli

Siamo stati a Gallipoli per 14 giorni meravigliosi. L'appartamento e arredato con tutto che occorre come descritto. Pulitissimo, spazioso e molto carino con tanti minimi dettagli. La posizione e vicino al Lido San Giovanni, un noleggio bici, negozi per fare svariate acquisti, una tavola calda etc. Grazie Giovanni e Giuliana per l'ospitalità e sicuro non sarà stata l'ultima volta in questo appartamento.

Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare in quest’appartamento molto bello, con arredi e dotazioni nuovi e molto curati. Vicino al mare, anche a piedi si arriva alle spiagge in pochi minuti. Accoglienza perfetta, ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa, non mancava nulla! Possiamo solo ripetere quanto è già stato scritto: “Rispecchia in tutto e per tutto la descrizione fatta nell’annuncio”! Molto confortevole, perfettamente arredato e pulitissimo

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo bellissimo appartamento per 6 notti a giugno 2018. L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort e dei servizi elencati nella descrizione; è come da foto. In ottimo stato, spazioso, curato e pulitissimo; dotato di tutto ciò che serve per la pulizia quotidiana. Anche di detersivo per la lavatrice. La posizione della casa è perfetta, in quanto si trova a circa 200 metri dalle bellissime spiagge di Piccolo Lido e Lido S. Giovanni. In città vecchia ci si arriva passeggiando comodamente in una mezz’ora. Non da sottovalutare la comodità di avere negozi sotto casa come supermercato, take away, pizzeria, affitto bici, ecc. L’appartamento è molto areato e ha un balcone bellissimo. Consigliato per tutti! Sotto tutti i punti di vista veramente un’ottima scelta! Torneremo sicuramente! Ancora un GRAZIE!!!

Favolosa vacanza in SALENTO

Il nostro soggiorno è durato dieci giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari ci ha conquistati. Ci hanno accolto con un cesto contenente il necessario per non dover correre a fare la spesa. L’appartamento è pulitissimo e spazioso, curato nei minimi dettagli. E’ dotato di arredi nuovissimi (cucina, soggiorno, camere e bagno) e accessoriato con tutto quello che potrebbe servire. La descrizione dell’annuncio rispecchia pienamente la realtà che abbiamo trovato in loco. A disposizione non solo la classica TV, ma anche un computer portatile (collegabile alla TV) e un impianto stereo. La posizione vicino al Lungomare/Lido S. Giovanni risulta essere strategica sia per raggiungere le spiagge, il centro di Gallipoli o altro. In zona ci sono svariate possibilità per fare acquisti, una tavola calda take away, un noleggio bici, ecc. Che dire…, ancora un caloroso GRAZIE e sicuramente ci torneremo anche l’anno prossimo!

Soggiorno da ripetere!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento di recente ristrutturazione in sei persone a metà settembre 2017. L'appartamento è molto bello, appena ristrutturato, luminoso, pulito, arredato perfettamente e attrezzato di tutto, anche della biancheria e dell'aria condizionata che è vitale nei giorni molto caldi. Il balcone è fantastico: è spazioso ed è anche adatto per una piccola colazione o cenetta. La posizione è perfetta, molto servita, appena usciti dall'appartamento si trovano infatti bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, il supermercato e il noleggio di biciclette. Si possono raggiungere facilmente a piedi le spiagge e si può arrivare nel centro di Gallipoli camminando per ca. 15/20 minuti sul lungomare. Grazie mille a Gianni per la sua completa disponibilità, la sua pazienza, gentilezza ed efficienza!! Consigliatissimo!!

Piacevole soggiorno in una dimora accogliente

Casa accogliente e ben attrezzata, di recente ristrutturazione e dotata di tutti i comfort. Situata in una posizione ottima per la vicinanza a servizi di varia utilità (bar, supermercato, tabacchino etc) ed alla spiaggia, tutti comodamente raggiungibili anche a piedi. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e reperibile per qualsiasi richiesta o informazione.
