The apartment is equipped with the Energy Saver system, a security system based on a flash drive that cuts off electricity (except the refrigerator line) when you are not at home.
Entrance subject to video surveillance
Standard preparation: a double bed will be prepared for every 1/2 guests.
Extra bed for a fee: if a group of two (2) guests wishes to use a second bed (e.g. to sleep separately), it is possible to request it with an additional cost of 25 euros for the entire stay.
