This spacious vacation rental is the perfect retreat. The cozy and welcoming atmosphere is perfect for families, friends, and couples to come together and create unforgettable memories. Just a short walk from the beach, allowing you to easily spend your days lounging in the sun or enjoying the heated pool, pickleball court, tennis courts, basketball court, and bocce ball court. When you`re ready to relax, the rental offers a comfortable living space with all the amenities you need.
To help maintain a relaxing beachfront environment for all guests and residents, please review the following guidelines. Guests will also sign an Occupancy Rental Agreement at check-in confirming these policies.

Age Requirement & Registration
The primary renter must be 21 years or older. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult 25 years or older. Subletting is not permitted, and all guests must be registered at check-in.

No Pets
Pets are not permitted on the property or inside rental units for guest reservations.

Great Location

This is a perfect budget friendly getaway condo for couples. It has a great view and is located on the large and uncrowded East Beach that is close to town. Bonus: Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. The only negatives I can think of are: 1) Bed is a little soft for my taste. 2) The air conditioner was a little noisy when turning on (it worked great) but I still slept like a baby.

Studio was enough space. Fantastic ocean view. I don't think being on a higher floor would improve the view. The size of the unit was accurately described and drpixted online. It is like a good sized hotel room. The kitchen is small and efficient. The refrigerator is counter height but adequate. Management was very friendly and helpful.
