Decorated in soft, beachy colors with a seahorse theme, the Gulf Front condo creates a sense of calm. It is perfect for relaxing after long days on the beach, strolling along the famous Seawall Boulevard, hanging out by the amazing pool, or adventuring around Galveston Island.

The incredible views of the beach from the kitchen, living area, and south bedroom are startling, with huge 11-foot-tall sliding glass doors leading to your private oasis on the balcony. Spend your mornings worry-free as you sip on a cup of hot coffee, listening to the waves crash against the Seawall while you watch another spectacular sunrise.

Your family or friends will enjoy the spaciousness of the 950-square-foot condo. The living and dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom have direct Gulf Front views.

The condo complex is perfect for small families or couples with shared amenities. The complex offers a shared pool with a shaded pergola area, shared propane grills, a tennis court, and a shared laundry facility.

The amazing pool area has plenty of seating and propane grills underneath a pergola to shade you from the hot summer sun. The front desk is manned 24/7 by a friendly staff. There is plenty of parking on the north and south sides of the building. A parking pass is required. A pass is $35 plus tax per vehicle.
