The listing says that the front desk is open 24 hours, however when we arrived at 11:30pm after driving from Dallas, we were surprised to see that the front desk closes around 9. Although the app gave me the code for the door to our room, it didn’t give me our room number. The number on the door was only for their after hours security to help give you a parking pass, so I had to figure out where their after hours number was on their app and finally located it. Once I called that number they were able to tell me our room number and we got into the room fine, but then we realized that the AC was broken. So for that night we had to sleep in a humid 81 degrees all night. I texted first thing in the morning and they said they would inform the maintenance team. 2 hours later I texted again to let them know we were heading out for the day and if there was any update on someone coming to fix the unit since I hadn’t heard anything, and finally that person said they would send a ticket to the local team to have them reach out to us. They did and although they couldn’t tell me when it would be fixed, they had the problem fixed by 3pm which was a relief.As for the room itself it was clean, except for a leftover towel that was forgotten about on the back of the bathroom door. We could see the beach from our balcony which was nice. But there is no hot tub even though it’s in the description, and the tv is not a smart tv as advertised, it’s a regular cable tv, & bunk beds are child size
