Kitchen just updated with new cabinets and counters. Expansive breakfast bar provides additional seating for 4 people. Two bedrooms on 1st floor with primary bedroom upstairs complete with private covered deck. Home is perfect for 2 families with 3 queen beds and a set a bunk of beds across the 3 bedrooms.
