Welcome to Uncharted, a brand-new custom home in Pointe West! Professionally-designed luxury awaits. You’ll be just a short distance away from the beach crossover and the golf cart path leading to the Beach Club and pools.

Uncharted features four spacious bedrooms, each equipped with ensuite bathrooms. Four large balconies allow you to enjoy amazing views of the ocean and lake.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: Your family will relax in this comfortable and convenient beach home. The first floor living area overlooks the outdoor lake with views of the bay just beyond. The balcony extends the living space and provides plenty of outdoor seating. The open concept design includes a living room with a comfy sectional and a large screen TV, a dining room with seating for 6, and a well-equipped kitchen with additional counter seating. The area also includes a wet bar, wine fridge and large island.

RESORT-STYLE AMENITIES: Part of the Pointe West community, resort-style amenities include an infinity pool, lazy river, scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fitness center, private dune crossovers, and more! Enjoy an on-site restaurant, bar and game room.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Uncharted features four bedrooms, all with private, full bathrooms. The two Primary Suites upstairs each have king beds, large screen TVs, and offer spectacular views. The bunk room features two sets of bunk beds, which include 4 full-sized twin mattresses with chic bedding. A fourth bedroom on the lower level features a queen-sized bed.

GAMEROOM: The expertly-designed game room is the perfect place for the entire family to relax. The open concept space features two areas to enjoy. On one side, the customized arcade allows for up to four players and offers 8,000 of your favorite arcade choices. The space also includes a high-end sectional and a second big screen where you can watch your favorite sports or Sunday Ticket. A convertible sleeper sofa also provides additional sleeping space.

GREAT FEATURES: Uncharted has professionally decorated interiors. An outdoor hot/cold shower make clean up a breeze after your short walk back from the beach or the pool. A beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, and beach toys are available. Take advantage of our outdoor grill. The highest internet speed from Xfinity is provided.

BALCONIES AND VIEWS: You’ll spend a lot of time on the over 1,000 square feet of balconies enjoying the views of the ocean or backyard lake.

Please Note - Beach Club Wristband Fee: There is a $25 fee per person per stay that the Beach Club charges for the amenities. An email from the Pointe West Beach Club will come prior to your stay for payment for wristbands and access.

Perfect@Pointe West

We throughly enjoyed are stay so much so that we extended our trip. Home is in perfect condition it looked like we were the first people to stay there. In addition home is well appointed with many high end touches that you would see at a five star hotel. Great water views from multiple rooms and decks we will definitely be back.

Pointe West 4th of July Blast

After looking through a variety of vacation rental homes, we settled on Pointe West community due to its unique location (30 min or so away from the seawall, close enough to the attractions of the area, yet far enough to enjoy the beach views quietly). Thane’s house did not disappoint! The accommodations (with purchase of the entry bracelets) were perfect for our group, which included kids 5 years of age and a few teenagers, who always seem to be bored :) so lazy river, pools, hot tub and game room, not to mention the arcade room at the house, provided lot of entertainment and activities. The kitchen was phenomenal for large gatherings and family dinners, with most spices and basic condiments stocked and ready for use. An open concept living area offered lots of space to move around and enjoy the surroundings. As a matter of fact, the couch was so comfortable, that one of our group’s friends ended up purchasing the exact one for her house. The sleeping arrangements were wonderful. The bedrooms were not only beautifully decorated, but provided comfortable sleep with good mattresses and soft bedding. With each bedroom having a private bathroom, showers were a breeze with bonus powder room downstairs was great. An unexpected surprise was the additional body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided by the host in every bathroom. Garage had beach toys galore, the patio views offered beautiful sunrises and sunsets, bug spray a must :) Overall, the stay was perfect!

Lovely beach home

Our family had the best vacation at this home. This home was perfect. The owner thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The house is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully decorated. Also this place was immaculate. This house is perfectly located with easy access to the beach and we really enjoyed having access to the beach club. I had asked several questions before our arrival and the host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again. I highly recommend this home.
