    We stayed in the Dolphin lair from Jan. 15-18,2026. We loved the location. The balcony faces the beach enjoyed watching sunsets and sunrises over the Gulf. We will stay in the Seaside condos again. But we may try a different host. We reached out to the host several times (on weekdays) to get the password for the internet but never received a reply. We had four adults staying in the condo. And only had enough towels and wash clothes for two days. We had to get creative in order to have a shower every day.

    Washer didn't work and was never fixed by the time we left. Our clothes smelt horrible from the water in the washer even after drying. Not enough towels. No extra trash bags. I swear this unit has a camera or audio is recorded some how. The night we got there the room was hot. Tried turning down the ac and was reading the instructions out loud to my husband and then we finally figured it out - the instructions were wrong. Next day, someone called asking if we figured out the ac unit and if there was a problem- mind you, we never filled out a maintenance ticket or anything so how would they know? We checked in after 7pm that night. When we had a real issue- the washer- and reached out to the help center to submit a ticket the issue was not resolved. Then, check out day the elevator broke so everyone was using the stairs to haul everything down. The housekeepers said this happens all the time and these condos used to be really nice but not anymore and they always have problems with the units. I would not stay here again.

    Was really pleased with the view, the location, the cleanliness and check in. The wi-fi password was not listed in the portal. There was a place for it, but it was left blank. I notified the management company and was told it was on the router. I tried several times but it never worked. They put in a work order for it, but the issue wasn’t resolved before we left. The dishwasher was also broken. This was acknowledged with a sign when we checked in.
