Set right on the beach, Front Row lives up to its name with incredible Gulf views from almost every room.

Soak in the salty breeze and sunshine from the expansive deck—perfect for morning coffee, family dinners, or just watching the waves roll in. A picnic table on the deck makes outdoor meals a breeze, while a private outdoor shower downstairs helps you rinse off the sand before heading inside. Inside, the main level features an open-concept layout filled with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with extra seating. A spacious dining table brings everyone together, whether it’s for meals or late-night board games.

The first-floor primary suite offers a king bed, private bath, and direct access to the deck. Upstairs, you’ll find four colorful, comfortable bedrooms and a second living area with a TV, DVD player, and queen sleeper sofa—perfect for extra guests or a cozy movie night.

This property exceeded our expectations!! To have the beach be your back yard, nothing compares. We were in Galveston for my Granddaughter's Gymnastics meet. There were 13 of us. We had space for everyone. There are 2 balconies to sit and watch the waves roll in. The kids built sandcastles, the adults had everything we needed to cook. I loved the placement of all the bathrooms. Perfect layout for a beach home with multiple guests. The only thing we didn't like, was leaving. Seriously, we were so happy until the day we had to pack up. I definitely recommend this home to everyone!!

The beach house was ideal for our family outing of 8 adults and two young childrenThe house was perfectly outfitted for family cooking and dining and each family had their own room. Everything was very clean and well furnished.It was a 1 minute walk to the beach which was perfect for playing with the young kids. The deck was spacious with lots of seating for enjoying our morning coffee and after dinner drinks with an unobstructed view of the beach. And there was lots of convenient parking.We would definitely go back again for another family outing.
