The hotel is very old. The door knobs don’t work. The hot water takes a long time to come, and it’s only lukewarm, not really hot.

Staff was nice and greeted on arrival, room was clean but some things could be replaced, rust in the tub and you could tell somebody was pretty careless when painting. But nothing that would stop me from staying there again.

The hotel was a little ragged around the edges. During my two night stay, I had to sleep in two different rooms. The TV in my first room stopped working. During my stay I dealt with four different front desk staff about other small problems. My door key did not work on my first room and housekeeping did not service my room. None of the staff seemed to know much about the city. I had a few basic questions about driving directions and the location of different places. Mostly, they did not seem to know the area. The breakfast was sufficient. There was plenty of hot water. Towels and linens were fresh. Ice machines worked well. I would say overall it was an okay experience.

Had issues from the beginning. The door handle was upside down. Had to have maintenance show that the door handle was wrong to enter the room. Staff made it seem like I was doing something wrong and didnt acknowledge or apoligize for the issue of the handle or bugs. There was a roach on the door frame. Room wasn't very clean, carpet stained, walls were dirty, furniture broken. Bathroom was clean and well stocked but the last remodel was done poorly with horrible paint, wall and ceiling texture falling down, uneven, unmatched flooring. Shower curtain rod and fixtures were corroded. Very cheaply done and a poor hotel for the price, even though it was a holiday weekend. I would have found somewhere else to stay if there was something else available.
