Welcome to the Texas Star located in the Midtown neighborhood of Galveston. Newly remodeled 1960s home with all the amenities. A short walk or trolley to the beach, Kempner Park, Moody Mansion, Pleasure Pier, the Strand, museums and numerous restaurants. You will feel right at home with the fully stocked kitchen and oasis-like bedrooms. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch or a BBQ out back. This home has 3 parking spaces in the back alley as well as street parking.

Spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath house with 11ft ceilings throughout. You will be living large! Perfect getaway for family vacations, couples retreat, girls weekends, guys fishing trip, or a romantic stay. The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 people + pack n play for those with little ones.

Great location and plenty of room

Overall we had an amazing time at Jenn's property. The location is perfect - walking distance to great restaurants and the beach, and a short drive to The Strand and Moody Gardens. The room setup with ideal with 3 adult couples and 1 adult child, as was the kitchen/living area. We had one safety issue with the back entrance and, when brought to the owner's attention, she assured us they were addressing. Overall would definitely recommend and would stay again with a group.

Fantastic home in Galveston Perfect Extended Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time at Jen's modern renovated home in Galveston. We were going on a cruise out of Galveston during Spring Break and stayed here for 3 nights prior to the cruise. It's easy to get to Houston and back where we spent most days. The home is wonderful and modern with little touches to make the stay more comfortable. Loved the 3 different bathrooms which made it easy for everyone to get ready. We made use of the kitchen to cook family dinners where we could all gather and catch up with one another. We are from Hawaii so we didn't come for the beaches here in Galveston. If we ever cruise out of Galveston again we won't hesitate to return here.

Stellar vacation house!

We had a fantastic time staying here for 3 nights with family ranging in ages from 6 to 78. The host was very easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. The bedrooms are large, the kitchen is phenomenal and easy to cook in, and everything was very clean and well-designed. Love that one main bedroom is downstairs so elderly parents could avoid stairs. I could go on but it is a lovely property that we would like to book again.
