This designer condo has everything your family could desire! Each of the 3 bedrooms has a king bed with an ensuite full bath! Sleeping 10 guests, this condo can accommodate your family or group of friends.

Welcome to Sea Breeze! Beach cottage decor with all the extras and convenient location and great views with fully accessible balcony!
Featuring:
* Ensuite bathrooms in each bedroom. Master features enlarged shower. One tub in the 1st bathroom.
*Accessible fully furnished balconies off of the master bedroom and den.
*Kitchen with full size appliances and all the necessities.
*Full size washer/dryer INSIDE the condo.
*Nice furnished balconies off of the den and master.

BRINGING YOUR DOG: We welcome dogs so if you would like to bring your pet with you, please send a request with the type and weight and we will send you the approval. Please add PET to your reservation. Our non-refundable pet fee is $150 plus tax for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.

The Maravilla has one of the largest pools on Galveston Island! There are 3 pools, one heated, 2 hot tubs and exercise room with ocean view! We are very dog friendly with a dog park and shower.

***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. This is no where near this condo!

This condo offers beautiful views, with updated features, sleeps 10 and has 3 king beds with 3 full size bathrooms and a washer and dryer. You will have 100% access to the entire beach condo with private entrance.

This condo is located next to EVERYTHING fun in Galveston. Just step across Seawall Blvd for access to the wonderful beach. Moody Gardens is just behind us within a short drive. Within walking distance is Jimmys on the Pier for dining (upstairs...over the ocean) or fishing. You can also walk to the Go Cart tracks and the movie theater and Miniature Golf. There is a handy guide in the condo with all of our favorite restaurants and things to do.

Galveston Trolley is available at $1 per ride accessible at 81st St.
Uber & Lyft are available also.
Parking on the Seawall is available for a fee.
Fee: $1 / hour, not to exceed $8 / day, yearly passes available*
Operation: 10 AM – 6 PM, 7 days a week, 365 days per year

At the complex, there is ample non-reserved covered and uncovered parking. You can pay the front office upon arrival or the next morning if arriving after hours. A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices beginning June 1, 2021 are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

Great property! Pools extremely clean- one heated- other a bit chilly but still nice. Low occupancy during our stay. Condo great size for 3 couples. You can see the wear on the furnishings. Kitchen stocked for what we needed. Able to walk to Jimmy’s Pier- great food- too far away from other restaurants to walk to- uber was readily available! Hostess very attentive.

The balcony’s offer a perfect view of the sunrise over the golf. The condo was super clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything needed for a long relaxing stay. Plenty of towels. Oh and the beds! ALL 3 beds are so comfortable we all had a hard time leaving them in the morning for the beautiful sunrise. Although, I had the master so I didn’t have too..haha

Amazing weekend stay in Galveston

We loved our short stay here for a weekend. The condo was beautiful and the decks perfect. The biggest plus was three bedrooms each with a king bed and private bath in addition to the bunk beds. The renter was also happy to accomodate my larger dog. The property is undergoing some renovations but that did not detract from our stay. We intend to return so that we can enjoy more sunrises on the patio. Definitely a five-star stay!

Super cute beachy condo!

My sisters and I stayed here for a girl's week. It was great that we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The condo is well decorated and the balconies are nice and private with nice views. The pool was really lovely and relaxing. We could walk to a few places to eat and it was nice that it was not far to drive to everything.The management team was very responsive.

Upon arrival, wasn’t sure what to expect with all the construction and weathered old look of property. We were told of all the goings on so we were hopeful about our unit. Pleasantly impressed to see that all was as pictured online, clean, adorable decor and view! Furniture was a bit uncomfortable for a long stay, though our intention was not to be hanging out, the weather had other plans! We were indoors for the better part of our 3 day stay due to brutal cold windchill of about 20 degrees. Being confined to this small place had us dining in and the apartment was not fully equipped, we bought some kitchen utensils to add to their collection. We also shifted the furniture around to accommodate watching movies. But all in all this was a pleasant stay with the 3 on suites for 3 adult couples. And when the complex renovations are completed it will be a beautiful place stay. If ever back in this area I would stay here again!

Great Stay

First of all, we loved the layout of the condo. The three bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. The king size beds were very comfortable and the bedding very attractive. It was so nice having en-suite bathrooms as well. The kitchen was nice. It was great having two coffee makers to choose from and ice waiting in the freezer.The railing on the balcony was loose but I reported to Donna and she was sure to pass on to maintenance. There was a light in the primary bedroom that was flickering and not as much water pressure in the primary shower as we would like but that certainly didn’t interfere w a great stay. It will be great when the property repairs and upgrades are complete as the drive in appeal is a little lacking. Parking was great and luggage racks/grocery cart availability was a great help. Galveston is a great place to visit during New Years as there is great restaurants and entertainment to choose from. We had a wonderful trip!

Found this gem at the last minute after our Florida trip was canceled due to the hurricanes. The property was just as described, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with everything we needed for the time we were there. It’s located far enough to get away from the crowds yet close enough to participate in the touristy stuff when we wanted to. We loved having a section of the beach to ourselves and even saw dolphins swimming nearby! My fur grand pup was also welcomed and she had a blast too! The check in and check out was easy, Donna was just a text away and checked in on us as well. Would highly recommended this property and can’t wait to gist again!
