Our stay at the Harbor House at Pier 21 was great! From the moment we walked in, we knew it was going to be awesome! The staff was kind and responsive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Room was great and view was great. We had a very nice time.

It’s definitely the place you want if you’re cruising. It’s close enough to shops and restaurants! Only complaint is the price you pay you’d think your parking would be included but it’s not. And a hot breakfast would’ve been nice to be offered. They had bagels, cereal, orange juice and coffee.

We stayed at this hotel prior to taking a cruise. It was very nice, clean and within walking distance to the cruise ship terminal. There were restaurants close by. We knew nothing about Galveston and took a chance on this hotel. It was a very good choice! I highly recommend it.

I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again in the future! We were able to see our Carnival cruise ship pull in the morning of our trip, which was awesome! The hotel location is very close to the cruise port and shops nearby! 😊

We were able to check in early (11:30 am) which was amazing. For that reason we didn’t mind that the room attendant hadn’t quite finished with our room. They left the sofa bed pulled out and there were dirty sheets in it. It didn’t matter because there were only two of us and we weren’t using the sofa bed. We just folded it back up. The rest of the room was spotless and you could tell it had been cleaned. The front desk attendant was really friendly. Food options around the hotel are plentiful and it’s in walking distance to the cruise port. $433 for one night was a bit pricey but to us it was worth it not to have to worry about travel to the port for our cruise. Overall, 4 stars.

Perfect lodging for Elyssa Day Sail adventure! Comfortable. Walking distance to great restaurants. TV was limited to local channels only, no premium channels, no casting options. That was a bit of a bummer.

When we checked in the front desk was not nice. It was ridiculous to have to pay $16 for parking per night after paying $400 for a one night stay. The only good thing I can say is the room was beautiful. The view was beautiful and it was nice seeing ships go by.

Great hotel- poor behavior at front desk

The man that was at the desk was horrible. He was rude and I couldn’t understand a word he said. The lady in the morning was wonderful and apologized about the man’s behavior from that morning.
