Though the stay overall was fine, when we arrived, front staff was cold and unwelcoming. Immediately had to change rooms due to a stain on the bed and dirty mirrors. After moving we realized wifi is $5/day, you can’t cast to the tv, and no options to stream from things like Netflix/hulu. My kids were with me so we just kept Disney channel on but they were bummed. When walking down the hallway, you can hear the conversations occurring in the rooms you pass by. There were areas like under and around the ac, under the sink, sides of the bed that were either dirty or had odd stains. Also the room lighting situation was odd. As for the positive, though the pool is small, it was perfect for my kids and they loved it. The cleaning staff and kitchen staff are delightful. The beds were comfortable. The staff was kind as we checked out. There were always clean towels and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was really sparse but okay. My kids only cared about the waffle machine. Communal areas were clean and aesthetically pleasing. Overall if I couldn’t find anything in a pinch, I’d go back but only as a family. I had a second trip scheduled in the same hotel but ended up canceling during my stay. Not the place I would choose to stay with my husband or by myself. There are so many options in the area. We will try something else next time.

Stayed one night. When you walked in the room it was musty! Breakfast was fine. Typical continental breakfast style. Service desk person was nice and check in was quick.

Slow check in but she’s was nice. room was ok, bathroom had no washcloths and the shower had below average water pressure and a slow drain. There was a used tissue in the bathroom as well. I called when I noticed they charged more than what I signed for. Instead of explaining to me that the extra charge would drop off the lady had an attitude and said I needed to contact Expedia. After I pressed her a little more she told me it was for incidentals. She could have said that from the beginning.

Wonderful and clean stay!

Upon checking in, we were nicely greeted and the front desk was so welcoming! We were able to check in early too. Our room was so clean and spacious. Nothing negative about this place and we will definitely return!

We stayed in 2 rooms one of them smelled like cat’s pee we had to let them know to switch us to another room and then the other room didn’t have the shower curtain we had to go get one from office. Three of the office employees had a bad mood only the first one when we checked in and last when checked out were nice

Overall good stay but disappointing breakfast serv

The overall experience during my stay was good, but the breakfast and check-out left much to be desired. The food was average; the eggs had too much salt, and the apple juice was overly sweet. Additionally, the tables were often dirty whenever we came down for breakfast, so I had to constantly clean up after the previous guests each time. Breakfast ends at 9 a.m., and right on the dot, a staff member would remove the juices from the machine and other items, regardless of how many people were still serving themselves. It was as good as removing the spoon from your mouth while you were still eating, simply because it was 9 a.m. Our room cards were also deactivated an hour before check-out. I wish they would be more customer satisfaction-oriented than profit-driven. Overall, my stay was good, but the breakfast and check-out service were quite disappointing.

I rate this hotel a 3 out of 5. The location was good and convenient. The staff was no where to be found at any moment. I had to find and get my own towels. I was only able to get two big towels no face towels or anything else. Complimentary breakfast is always a plus. No snacks, necessities were available. Walls were as thin as paper. You can here EVERYTHING at all hours.

Great staff, hotel needs some TLC

This hotel is only three years old. The preventive maintenance has been ignored. They were short staffed and doing the best they could. It was really like home. You needed something you have to get it yourself ex, towels, soap, trash bags and etc.

Absolutely disgusting.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. When we checked in, we went to our room and found it hadn't been cleaned. All they did was make the beds and hope we wouldn't notice. They left the TV remote under the sheets, along with a bunch of wadded up tissues. The comforter had a urine stain on it. In addition to wadded up tissues, the beds had a bunch of hair in them. The bathroom had not been cleaned and there was more hair in the tub and all over the bathroom floor. The AC also wasn't working in the room. We had to switch rooms and the next one at least smelled clean, so that was an improvement I guess. The staff acted like it was my fault I didn't like the dirty room they didn't clean. Then, on the day we checked out, one of the staff just came barging into the room with their key, no knock, nothing. They assumed we had checked out but we had not. It wasn't even check out time when they came in. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
