Welcome to our quiet, pet-friendly waterfront bayhouse, a family-owned getaway since the 1950s and rebuilt in 2009 after Hurricane Ike. It is a relaxing setting for fishing weekends, family trips, and time by the water.
The home accommodates up to seven guests across two bedrooms and the living room. The primary bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom includes a double bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a pull-out twin trundle. The living room also has a double futon for additional sleeping flexibility.
Inside, guests will find an open living area, a large dining space, a spacious kitchen, one full bathroom, and one half bathroom.
Outside, enjoy direct waterfront access, an approximately 300-foot fishing pier, and a fish-cleaning station with fresh water and a sink. The home is compact—particularly when the trundle or futon is opened—but offers flexible sleeping arrangements for families and small groups. All family members are welcoming - including furry Pets.
Waterfront and pier information: The property has direct water access and an approximately 300-foot fishing pier. The pier has no handrails, built-in lighting, or electrical service. Surfaces may be wet or slippery, and children must be closely supervised around the water and on the pier.
