Great customer service. Room was very clean and comfortable. Overall, hotel was a bit dated and had an old or stale odor. Breakfast buffet very limited. Milk was spoiled, juice machine was watered down, and cappuccino machine was out so service. However, the price was very good. Overall I am satisfied.

You get what you pay for. This facility is worse than a Motel 6. First walk into the room and dead roaches on the bathroom floor. Second room has black spiders on the wall and dead spiders in the sink. Soda machines take your money and front desk is nonchalant about it. Night Front desk staff seem to never be at the front unless you ring that bell several times. If you ask for extra sheets they have hair on them (clearly not clean). Free breakfast isnt worth getting sick over. Entire place needs to be shut down by the health department before they kill someone. Not sure if we got spider bites on our legs or rash. But for sure it came from this nasty hotel. Do better. Will NEVER be back! Dont be fooled. They are quick to offer you to keep your car on the priperty until you return from your cruise but its a $10 shuttle ride per person to the ship but youll have to find your way back to the hotel at the end of the cruise. After the visit ill rather pay extra to park at the Galveston Pier.

I think the price was a little high for this hotel. Staff was nice but it definitely needs upgrades. Run down on the inside, dirty, room had a horrible smell and the bathroom wall in shower wasn’t attached to the actual wall. Breakfast was cereal or waffles. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Overall its ok, i say this due to the lack of cleanliness in the room and convenience of location. Stains on carpet floors, shower had hair in it, a lot of hair. Stayed 2 nights with no service received on second night. Very few towels. When at front counter and asked for new towels, i was asked to go back up 3 floors to my room and bring them the dirty towels before i could have clean ones. Thats not ok. Dont be lazy. Do the job im paying for. Front lobby trash remained full for entire stay. Wouldnt accept cash for payment. Juice machine was terribly bitter at breakfast. An obvious homeless man was living in the adjacent lot out front of hotel. Parking lot had trash throughout. Hotel is on a one way street, making it difficult and timely to use the stores and food places close to the location. Not within walking distance of beach or shops.

Lobby smelled, our mini fridge was broke and we were told to take all our cold things to kitchen to hold very inconvenient. And the down comforters were literally shredded. When we asked for towels I was told no since they weren’t cleaning our room.
