An ocean lovers' haven, Someday Came Beach Condo is ready for 2026 beach vacationers! This 2-bed, 2-bath oceanfront condo features unobstructed views of the Gulf Coast, and the pristine beach is just moments away. As soon as you arrive, you'll want to kick off your shoes and relax on the balcony or head straight to the water. Plus, this Pointe West property offers amenities to fit all lifestyles. It's perfect for a quick getaway or a relaxing week at the beach for the whole family.

The comfortable living room looks out towards the Gulf Coast and the large balcony has plenty of seating for everyone. The couch pulls out to a full sleeper to accommodate additional guests. High speed WIFI and HD television are also available in this unit. The kitchen has full size appliances, dishes, cookware - everything you need if you decide to cook during your stay at Pointe West.

The primary bedroom has a king size bed with a view of the water and access to the large balcony. It has a freshly painted private bath and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two full size beds and a nearby full-size bath. There also is a stacked washer and dryer to rinse all the sand off your clothes after a day at the beach.

When you stay in a Bay to Beach Rental Property, all you need to bring are your clothes, beach towels/chairs, sunscreen, food and you! We provide paper towels, toilet paper, large & small trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, fabric softener sheets, hand soap, coffee, coffee filters, shampoo, body wash, and basic spices.

Pointe West is an exclusive resort-like community on the western tip of Galveston Island. The beaches are clean, groomed regularly and closed to vehicular traffic. The main clubhouse has a beautiful infinity edge pool, hot tub, kid’s pool, cabanas, grills, gift shop, workout facility with lockers and a game room. The Sunset Pool on the bayside has a lazy river, hot tub, fire pit, and gas and charcoal grills for guests to use during their stay. Enjoy the recently reopened The Pointe Restaurant and Bar, smore’s by the Sunset Pool, kid’s crafts, dive-in movies and live entertainment. (We will send you the activity schedule upon booking your vacation or you can check the Pointe West Beach Club website for times/dates).

Golf carts, kayaks and paddleboards are available for rent from local island vendors. Please ask us. We have information on these and other items you may want to rent when visiting Pointe West.

You are about 30 minutes from downtown Galveston (The Strand), Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier and all the other great attractions of Galveston. Major grocery stores are located 25 minutes away, so we recommend stopping on your way in, so you never have to leave your vacation getaway!







WRISTBAND POLICY
The Property Owners Association (POA) at Pointe West collects a wristband fee of $25 per guest for each guest over the age of 4 (children younger than 4 do not pay) for use of the Beach Club and Sunset Pools during your stay at Pointe West. This is a onetime fee during your stay, not a daily fee. No wristbands are required to enjoy the beautiful beaches at Pointe West this fee is only for use of pools, fitness center, and other amenities. A reservation has been made in your name for your rental period at Pointe West. The wristbands are available at the Beach Club reception every day during business hours (9-5 off season, 9-6 peak season). The physical address for the Beach Club is 4161 Pointe West Drive, Galveston, TX. 77554. You do not have to purchase a wristband to enjoy the restaurant/bar at Pointe West. Your reservation will allow you to receive a temporary band to enjoy this business amenity.

Beach trip

In town for a short period of time and wanted to have some time at the beach, the property manager was able to work with us and we had a great time. The condo is clean, large , nice balcony with a great view of beach and just a short walk. As mentioned, bring your own chairs if you would like to hang out in the beach. This is a great resort/condo for a family trip. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Check in was easy, and they got us in early which was great. Place was clean and as described, no issues with anything. Kitchen had seasonings and little extras which was nice. A/C worked great, beds were comfy. Lots of towels, but no beach towels or beach stuff. It was 2 adults and 1 child and had plenty of room.

Quick Getaway

This condo was exactly as listed. Super clean / everything we needed Owners were super easy to access and quick to respond. Great views and quick and easy access to a very nice beach. We love PointeWest because it is away from town but still a quick drive in. There are many great places to eat and drink in the area so you don't really have to go to town. I would definitley recommend this area and this condo.

Great unit, kitchen has anything you need. Loved the double beds in the guest (as opposed to the bunks). Loved the dining area, was great for eating, games, and occasionally when we had to plug in and work.

Family Fun at Pointe West

We had a delightful stay at this lovely condo over the Memorial Day holiday. The condo is beautifully decorated, had a well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. The owners were easy to contact and responded promptly. The deck is spacious with an unobstructed view of the beach and has comfortable furniture. There is one parking place under the building for each condo and our unit's parking space is close to the elevator which meant that loading and unloading was easy and you were protected from the sun. The whole Pointe West complex is beautifully maintained with lots of green space. The club and pool is big with lots of chaises. We never had a problem finding seating. The beach is private and was clean. We spent hours on the beach with grandchildren and great grandchildren. It was a perfect holiday.

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo and the view exceeded our expectations! The kitchen was very well stocked, and we had plenty of clean towels, extra blankets, and other thoughtful and appreciated touches. It truly felt like a home away from home. It was very clean and perfect for our family. The beach was so close to the condo, with a sidewalk to pull our wagon. The pool was a bit farther but still close, and we loved the sunset pool at the bayside. We will be back again, wonderful place to stay for families!
