1. Side door was broken. Nobody mentioned this and my room was located far away from the one door that worked. 2. Shower door did not close properly so water leaked out everytime we showered. 3. Ask front desk for extra towels TWICE and never received them. 4. House cleaning came in hours before check out waking me up from my nap before my long drive back home. 5. Front desk was never pleasant to talk to! 6. Fridge in room barely worked

Facility is very new, close to restaurants and an outlet mall. Maintenance crew is not very good. Sound proof not good. Our neighbor left the TV on very loud throughout the night and we couldn't sleep well. The front desk is ok, not very helpful sometimes. Our AC also had some issues.

We LOVE this hotel

Great location; sits right in between Buc-ee’s and the Tanger outlet mall, close enough drive to Galveston and other fun cities. Clean large rooms, a full great breakfast, and a very friendly staff.

I liked how clean the room was. There were a few things that had broken but they were small and weren’t worth bothering anyone about. Anytime I’m in Texas City I will book this hotel. You can NOT beat the price. Especially for the amount of space and cleanliness.

Went to check in at 330pm and they didn’t have my room ready. Tried to reach your company and couldn’t even find a phone number to discuss my problem. There wasn’t any service by your company or the hotel. With service this, I’m not sure if I will book through hotels again.
