It's exactly what you expect and a good price for the area. Room stay nice and cold with the air conditioner. The balcony on the Upper Floor was really nice to have. Not much to it very simplistic and the front desk staff was great

If it wasn't for the ocean view I would have asked for a refund. The room was very dirty, toilet, bathroom and floors. Beds and towels were clean. Staff was nice. For 100$ I was very disappointed to have to clean it up! They need better housekeeping!

This place is in a really great location across from an Italian restaurant and right next door to several bars. The staff was super friendly and the view was perfect. It's nothing fancy but if you just want to hang out at the beach it's perfect

Room was very out dated... First room they offered had roaches. So they offered another room which we ended up staying because we weren't able to find another room such short notice with Mardi Gras going on. The second room was 2 beds.
