We choose the hotel for location and it was high end to finish our holiday. Unfortunately work being carried out on the reception area on arrival. Actually stood on the reception desk. Not the best look! Our room unfortunately on the 5th floor overlooked the air conditioning vent which was a huge blot on our view, disappointing. We did receive a credit to our bill however management did not speak to us. We were very disappointed.

loved the pool area and the swim up bar. A little disappointed when i was told i could sit outside for breakfast and it would be about 10 minutes for service but after 45 finally went in and ate inside. i understand about help but be honest. also dispointed that i couldn't bring food from outside like a sub and eat in the outdoor area. sometimes you just want something simple and inexpensive and not sit in your room
