Watch the ocean waves crashing on the beachy sand, listen to the sounds of the seagulls, all while sitting at the balcony drinking your margarita with a cool breeze on your face and hair flying with the wind! The amenities and decor are phenomenal! The 2 large bedrooms each with King beds and 1 twin mattress in the closet that can be moved around. Bedrooms located on opposite ends of the condo for maximum privacy. The 2 full bathrooms are perfect for a family of 5 + the toddler bed!


The master bathroom has granite counter tops with his and hers sinks and a spacious, modern glass enclosed shower! When your surroundings are beautiful and you're sleeping in a high end posterpedic mattress you will wake up refreshed, energized and ready to enjoy your island stay!

For your convenience, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Water Park and the Galveston Convention Center are only a mile away! Close enough to come back, take a rest and then rush back for more excitement and fun! Our condo is in a gated community surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, 2 resort style pools, heated spa tub in one of the swimming pools . A full gym with elliptical equipment and free weights can be accessed 24/7 with a passccode.

You can workout at the fitness center and to finish your workout by diving into one of the two swimming pools. Relax at the swimming pool with a great book and begin your gorgeous suntan. The large Smart ROKU TV will be a welcome delight in the evening as you relax and laugh over the day's events with your loved ones! Or just sit at the balcony, feel the breeze and watch the ocean waves at the beach and listen to the seagulls!

A smaller flat screen TV is located in the second bedroom if you prefer to watch your favorite cooking or sports channel while reclining and relaxing on the bed! You will absolutely feel like you are in a tropical paradise, and you don't have to travel to the Caribbean!

This beach condo has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops throughout the condo, full size washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen with everything furnished to make your perfect meal! Just bring the food!

One mile to Moody Gardens, and Schlitterbaun Water Park. The Strand Historic District for shopping and enjoyment is only 4 miles away. Pleasure Pier only 3 miles. I recommend using the Galveston rubber Trolley that stops outside our complex to travel to many of the destinations found along the Seawall. Cost is minimal!

This condo is SPACIOUS with a fantastic view of the ocean; located right by the seawall, which is a great place to ride your bicycle, run your morning jog or walk the beach looking for seashells! You will NOT forget your Galveston Island vacation experiences at our beach condo!

Our beautiful condo second bedroom also has a king size bed. We have a twin-size mattress in the closet that can be pulled out for the little one! It has a tub/shower combination ideal for the little 'fishes' in your family right outside this bedroom.

All appliances are "top of the line'" Our condo has granite countertops from kitchen to bathrooms. If you must launder, remember, we do have a full-size washer and dryer in the condo! Secure password protected Wi-Fi available!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
TAX COLLECTION:
There has always been mandatory collection of 15% Hotel Occupancy Taxes in Galveston Texas on short term rentals. Hotel tax is collected and remitted to the city and state by VRBO.
