The property accommodates a maximum capacity of 4 guests, specifically 2 adults and 2 children, distributed across 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The apartment features a spacious, comfortable, and cosy interior with an open large living and dining room complete with a dining table and exit to both the terrace and the patio. The 1 double bedroom contains 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm. In addition, an open alcove with a curtain provides a second sleeping area equipped with 1 double bed of the same dimensions, 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm. It is important to note that some sleeping areas, specifically the alcove, are located in an open-plan area rather than an enclosed bedroom. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC.
