I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Wyndham. I arrived in town early in the morning and was not able to check in until 3. PM. Then, the very next day, when I asked if I could push my checkout time back by just one hour, I was told it would cost me $20. This shows a complete lack of care for customers. After choosing Wyndham, I expected better hospitality and flexibility—basic respect that other hotels extend without nickel-and-diming their guests. Instead, I was made to feel like an inconvenience. Because of this experience, I will not be staying in another Wyndham hotel again.

We visited for an evening visiting family in town and found the location to be very convenient. The breakfast was lovely, the staff was helpful and friendly and the price was right. Would visit again next time we are in town.

This was our second time staying with Microtel. We had a fantastic experience. Service was amazing. They even had a pack n play ready for our tiny human. Breakfast was always prompt, hot and fresh. We will definitely book again!

I asked the front desk about maintenance to fix the tub because when you take showers the tub flood like you running a bath it was never fixed. We were there for four days and basically we were just taking showers amd our feet was just greasy and wet and oily standing in the tub water while showering
