EXCLUSIVE ACCOMMODATION FOR FAMILIES. Groups of young people and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not permitted. Located in the northern part of Gandía beach, next to Plaza del Temple. Three-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Fully equipped kitchen and living room with access to the terrace. Pool views, west-facing. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom hallway. Awnings. Complex with swimming pool and tennis court. Maximum capacity 6 people. The price includes sheets for all beds, kitchen towels, and hand and bath towels. Parking space on the premises. Pets are not allowed. Parties and any other activity that violates the Neighborhood Code of Conduct are not permitted.
