Beautiful, newly built apartment located 200 meters from the sand in the southern part of the stunning Gandía beach. Fully equipped, it features two bedrooms, each with a 135cm bed, a full bathroom with shower in the master bedroom, and another full bathroom with shower next to the second bedroom. The open-plan kitchen and living room open onto a spacious terrace. Air conditioning is installed in the living room and master bedroom, and the apartment faces southeast. This wonderful apartment also includes a parking space in the same building and access to a communal swimming pool with artificial grass and showers. Perfect for family holidays. Maximum occupancy: 4 people. The price includes bed linens, kitchen towels, and hand and bath towels. Close to supermarkets and the shopping area of Avenida de la Paz. Pets, groups of young people, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed. EXCLUSIVELY FOR FAMILIES. Parties and any other activities that violate the Neighborhood Code are not permitted.
