Beautiful apartment with shared pool for 2-3 people in Playa de Gandía. After a long day at the beach, dive into this fantastic shared chlorine pool. It measures 14 x 9 metres and its depth ranges from 1.4 to 1.95 metres. It also includes a pool for the little ones which measures 5 x 3 metres and has a depth of 0.45 metres. Once in the flat you will be able to enjoy the summer time in the cosy furnished terrace that includes an awning and clear views of the village.
The 46 m2 flat is located on the eighth floor of a building with lift. From the terrace we access the bright and comfortable living room where we can relax on the sofa while watching TV. Next to it is the dining area with capacity for 4 people. The kitchen is independent, it includes a ceramic hob and the basic utensils for cooking during your holidays. The only bedroom has 2 single beds and wardrobe, while for our third guest, we will prepare the sofa-bed in the living room. The house is completed with a bathroom with bathtub. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a highchair are at your disposal. In the flat you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The flat is located near the fishing port of Gandia called Grau de Gandia, which makes it ideal all year round to come and enjoy our mild Mediterranean climate, stroll along our promenade, sunbathe on the long sandy beach awarded with the blue flag and the distinctive Q for quality or enjoying the products of our coast that you can buy fresh from the sea in the fishmongers of the port.
The opening hours of the swimming pool are from 10h to 15:30h and 17:30h to 24h.

Le location en elle-même est très bien, plage, commerces, port à proximité, on peut tout faire à pied.
Le gros défaut, l'insonorisation.
Tous les balcons et fenêtres des chambres donnent sur un grand boulevard. En plus du bruit des voitures, c'est le chemin qui mène aux boites de nuit et emprunté par des bandes de jeunes qui hurlent à l'aller (entre 1h et 2h du matin) et au retour vers 8h.
De plus on nous dit ne pas accepter des groupes de jeunes de -26 ans or ce n'est pas le cas pour tous les appartements.
Nous avons eu "la chance" d'avoir comme voisins des groupes de jeunes qui s'installent sur le balcon mais ne savent pas parler doucement et écoutent la musique assez fort. Cela bien sur la nuit car la journée ils dorment. C'est assez dommage de devoir appeler la police à 2h du matin pour pouvoir dormir, la ville prend ce problème très au sérieux (amendes exhorbitantes).
Peut-être à éviter pendant la période des vacances scolaires.
Sinon Gandia Playa est vraiment très agréable pour y passer des vacances, plage superbe et mer très chaude.
Nous y retournerons mais dans une autre location pour éviter ce boulevard et être plus au calme.

Satisfecha con la estancia,con algunos peros
En alojamiento está bien ubicado,tanto para ir a la playa como para servicios ( supermercados, restaurantes etc)
Pero me ha resultado que faltaba algunas orientaciones más cercanas,para acceder a las llaves, y otras cosas de funcionamiento dentro de la casa (agua, calentador etc) que no creo que se deba dar por echo que se sepa cómo hay que hacer,y una recomendación que doy es que se ponga anotaciones / orientaciones en el propio apartamento. Ya que al ser gestionada por una empresa no presencial,es difícil la comunicación.
Por otra parte,decir que es una pena que algunas cosas estén desmejorada,por el poco cuidado,que supongo que será de tanto inquilinos como propietario/a,porque el apartamento tiene mucho potencial.
