The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Take all trash to the dumpsters on Sweetwater Parkway as u leave. To lock front door, press the lock button. Starting a load of towels in the washer is helpful (please don’t mix white and gray towels)
Close and lock all windows and doors and close shades before leaving. Exit: Lock the front door by pressing the lock button on the electronic key pad.
Clean the grill and/or popcorn machine if they were used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No pets allowed inside the home. Up to 3 pets allowed, but must remain outdoors on leash, or in the provided fenced kennel, or guests kennel.
If pets are brought and retained outdoors, it is the owners responsibility to pick up and remove pet waste prior to departure to avoid additional fees
